Natalia Pushkareva
Natalia Pushkareva is a tax policy researcher and practitioner with over a decade of experience. She has a degree in Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University, MSc in Law and Finance from University of Oxford and a PhD in Global Studies from University of Urbino.
Previously she worked for the Tax System Development Lab at the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy, was a Policy Leaders Fellow at EUI and a Scientific Guest at Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance.
For the last three years, Natalia was a Regional Tax for SDGs Specialist for Europe and CIS at UNDP Tax for SDGs Initiative. At the moment, she is also an Associate Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Law.
