Graduated from the Advanced LLM in International Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and IBFD and was awarded with the IBFD European Taxation Journal Prize.

Holds a masters in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Tax Law from Coimbra University. In Timor-Leste, she was a guest lecturer at the National University and legal advisor for the Government.
