PhD Student at NOVA School of Law. Olival is a Tax attorney with over fifteen years of experience in Brazilian and international tax affairs,  providing both tax counseling and litigation, and also holds a good accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) knowledge. 

He has practiced tax law in-house in a Brazilian based mutinational industry, as well as a Tax Manager of a Korean Multinational Co. From 2016 to 2022 he was a Senior Tax Lawyer in a top tier law firm in São Paulo, Brazil.

He holds a Master Degree in Tax Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas FGV-SP (2021) and an LL.M in Tax Law at INSPER – SP (2015).
