Previously worked as an international tax consultant, in the Global Compliance and Reporting team, at Ernest and Young Luxembourg.

He holds a degree in Law from Portucalense University, a Master in Legal and Economic Sciences from the University of Porto, and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Tax Law from the University of Coimbra.
