Tiago holds a degree in Law and a Research-focused Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the University of Lisbon. Tiago also holds a certificate of attendance of the Post-Graduated course on Corporate Governance and another on the Post-Graduated course on Corporate Finance, both from the Lisbon Centre for Research in Private Law from the University of Lisbon (CIDP).

Started his professional career in PwC in 2015 has an Indirect Tax Consultant. Later on, between 2017 and 2022, joined Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados as an Associate Lawyer,where he focused his practice in international tax law and private clients. Since 2022, Tiago is a Private Clients Assistant Manager at EY MENA (based in the Dubai office), where he focus his practice on international tax law and private clients/family business consulting across the MENA region.

Tiago is a member of the International Fiscal Association and of the Portuguese Fiscal Association.
