Olivier graduated in general and tax economics at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in 2017. Olivier started his professional career at the Netherlands Ministry of Finance working on tax policy reforms and drafting tax legislation, relating to gambling, income- and wage taxes. Since 2020 Olivier works for the Netherlands Tax and Customs Administration, handling Mutual Agreement Procedures and arbitration-procedures based on tax treaties. 

Additionaly Olivier regularly contributes setting up a Dutch tax encyclopedia (NLFiscaal) (wage taxes and international tax law)  and is keen to explore academic subjects within the Nova Tax Lab Team.
